How often do orders ship?

We aim to have everything in the post within 3 business days of an order being placed. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery from this point before contacting us regarding a missing order! Unfortunately Big Cartel do not offer shipping confirmation emails (yet) but this is something we're working on.

My order hasn't arrived, what gives?

If you've waited 28 days and haven't received anything please email us directly using the contact form on this website. We will gladly help track down your order.

Will sold out items be re-stocked?

We tend not to re-stock items once they sell out as everything here is limited, but if you get in touch we may have a spare lying around or plans to make some more.

Do you sell wholesale?

We are happy to sell our items through small independent stores worldwide, please contact us for more information. If you'd like your local shop to stock South Of Hell send them our details!

Can I have a refund?

We're happy to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if an item arrives faulty or damaged, please forward your order info to us along with a photo of the affected item to [email protected] if this is the case.
